The best Christmas present that I gave to myself this year was passing all my classes! I have to be frank when I slacked off a lot this past semester. I told myself I would be on top of things and stay focused all throughout. Unfortunately, like every other college student…that aspiration was short-lived. I took my time for granted since I was a newly acclaimed part time worker. I used my time unwisely and spent most of it…well…doing absolutely nonsense. Needless to say, I got my act together towards the end of the semester and managed to surprise myself with the grades I had attained in all my classes. Please note that this was my first time in a long time that I enrolled full time and decided to take a whopping 15 units! Ugh. That practically drained me. I’m thankful and grateful and I know I will not be screwing up again. I figured, God will probably get sick of my begging eventually. Hah.
However, I have been having a wonderful winter break spending it with my loved ones and for the first time ever I have been learning how to relax. It feels quite nice to be able to wake up with no agenda and just lay in bed till I rot.

Our Christmas dinner & one of our favorite spots.

Still experimenting & trying to perfect the colors & white balance on my camera.

My stud muffin. :)

Treated ourselves to some wine!

Colors off…but it was a scrumptious Chocolate souffle!! :D

For the first time ever, I finally got the chance to do something big for New Years Eve. Some friends and I decided to make a trip to Vegas! I had such a blast and it was definitely a great experience ringing in the new year with thousands and thousands of other people.

Starting off our first night right! X-Rated shots taste like lychee.

I enjoyed waking up in the morning, giggling with these ladies.

It was magical & perfect.
